What is the return policy?

Please carefully examine each piece of your furniture or mattress upon delivery¸ as some returns must be made within the first three days.


If returning for preference reasons:
Please contact us within three days of delivery. Consult your sales associate or call  during business hours.
Furniture protection plans will be refunded.
The delivery fee will not be refunded and a pickup fee equal to the delivery fee will be assessed.
If returning because of damage or imperfections to your merchandise:
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Consult your sales associate or call during business hours.
We will be happy to exchange the item or schedule a service appointment to correct the issue.

If at any time within the first five years you are not satisfied with the comfort of your mattress, please contact your sales associate who will arrange for pick up of your mattress and assist you with your re-selection.
Credit will be issued toward a one-time preference reselection, minus applicable fees calculated as a percentage of the original purchase price of your mattress.
Original delivery charges are not refundable for returns and delivery charges will apply to reselections.
The following preference fees will apply to all returns and are prorated as follows:
Reselections made in the first 180 days: 10% preference fee
Reselections made between 6 and 12 months: 20% preference fee
Reselections made after 12 months up to 24 months: 30% preference fee
Reselections made after 24 months up to 36 months: 40% preference fee
Reselections made after 36 months up to 48 months: 50% preference fee
Reselections made after 48 months up to 60 months: 60% preference fee
Final Sale/As Is Merchandise:

Clearance and “as is” merchandise is purchased on a “with all faults” basis. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the merchandise is with the buyer.
Should the merchandise prove defective following purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs.
Clearance and “as is” merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or receive a price adjustment and is not covered by any warranties for existing or future damage.
Special Orders:

Because special-order merchandise is manufactured especially for you, requires a 25% non-refundable deposit.
If you decide to return special-order merchandise, you will forfeit the 25% deposit.
Customer Pickups:

Returns/exchanges must be completed at the original pickup location.
If you wish to have the return/exchange handled by our delivery company, a pickup fee will be assessed based on your delivery area.
